Proside at Smart City Expo World Congress

Smart City Expo World Congress was held on November 15, 16 and 17 in Barcelona, an event with about 15,000 participants from 105 countries, 421 speakers and 485 exhibitors.

In this event, topics such as economy, mobility, society, sustainability, information and technology, security and government were discussed.

Proside was present at one of the exhibitors, sponsored by Microsoft, to present its Proximo® Platform, and its future for 2020, Proximo®2020.

With a focus on Citizen Engagement and productivity solutions, Proside has promoted its Single Point of Contact technology for complex healthcare institutions, providing them with better ways to manage their administrative processes, promoting communication with the citizen / client In multiple contact channels and leverage true relationship management with customers to improve their service processes.

This event consolidated the partnership that Proside established in 2016, with projects for Justice, Health and all public administration in general, in the context of the Era of Digital Transformation.
